Paul Hyry Dermith is the Director of Bridge Resilient Youth in Transition, a program of the Brookline Center for Community Mental Health, which offers a model to transition youth back into school after a prolonged absence. Formerly he served as a principal and assistant superintendent in Holyoke. He has previously worked in adult and family literacy, public health, and community coalition development. Paul has worked with dozens of school and district teams to develop programs modeled on BRYT, and has extensive wider experience with program development in schools and communities.
