Michael Vidal

Social Justice and Equity in Schools Specialist

Michael Vidal (he/him/his) is a social justice educator and facilitator whose work centers on identity based dialogues across difference. He earned his B.A. in Psychology and International Affairs from the University of New Hampshire, and his M.Ed. in Social Justice Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Michael has held roles in Residential Life, Admissions, and Student Programs at various colleges and universities in the Northeast. Currently he serves as a lead trainer and consultant at the National Conference for Community & Justice (NCCJ) where he works with schools and other organizations on implementing institutional practices for social change.
