Kathi Titus, M.Ed., previously managed the SEIS contract with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education on behalf of CES. Under the contract, CES provides and supports special education to youth who reside in institutional settings across the state (Departments of Mental Health, Youth Services, Public Health and County Houses of Correction).
Titus taught at the high school level for ten years before moving into special education and general education administration roles in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She has served as a special education coordinator, director, principal and assistant superintendent. In all of these roles, the emphasis of her career has been ensuring collaboration between general and special education. This includes creative blending of general and special education financial resources, and building instructional curriculum for all students.
