Jan Caswell is a deafness consultant in various categories, from education to employment, counseling to interpreting, human services from early intervention to eldercare, for more than four decades. She developed a state-wide Deaf services program and has served on HCC Deaf Studies Program & Gallaudet University Satellite Boards.
