Associate HR Director, Art’s areas of focus include serving as the union liaison with SEIU 509, providing support to managers and serving as the primary workplace investigator. Art also holds the role of the CES’s Public Records Officer and responds to all public records requests. Art provides timely support and guidance on agency policy and the collective bargaining agreement.
