Congratulations to SPIFFY Steering Committee member Taylor McAndrew!

The city of Northampton has hired Taylor McAndrew as the new Prevention Team Director in the Department of Health and Human Services! Taylor McAndrew, a SPIFFY Steering Committee member and the Hampshire HOPE Coordinator with the Northampton Department of Health and Human Services since 2018, has been developing and implementing effective strategies and programming in the city for over seven years, and has led the city’s development of the Opioid Settlement Survey for equitable community participation. Taylor’s experience, commitment, and compassionate, community-based approach to harm-reduction and substance misuse prevention will be an incredible asset to this leadership position, and SPIFFY is so proud and excited to celebrate her in her new role!
