Along with numerous staff from other Western MA prevention coalitions, SPIFFY Coalition Coordinator Amy Cronin DiCaprio and SPIFFY Policy, Youth, and School Coordinator Lexi Polokoff attended the 2024 CADCA National Leadership Forum in Maryland. The conference kicked off with SAMHSA’s 20th Annual Prevention Day, and featured workshops and trainings on school-based prevention efforts, amplifying youth voices in prevention, innovative evidence-based approaches to substance misuse, and much more! More than 4,300 people attended the conference, including our partners from the South Hadley Drug and Alcohol Prevention Coalition, BOAT (Belchertown Overcoming Adversity Together), the CARE Coalition, and the CLOSE Community Coalition.
