Schools continue to think outside the box with meal delivery as well as pick up during this extended school closure.
Franklin County Technical School, with the help of FM Kuzmeskus yellow or brown mini buses, is delivering meals for any FCTS student, prepared daily by kitchen staff to over 28 locations in 16 different towns within the FCTS district. These meals are available to any FCTS student and each student will receive a complete lunch for that day and a breakfast for the following morning.
Northampton Public Schools also provides both lunch and the next morning’s breakfast to students in the district, buses deliver meals to four sites throughout the district, with school employees assisting at the pickup sites.
